All training can be done from anywhere and is suitable for all levels. The focus is on motivation and simplicity.
• Participate in Step Challenges – Join hundreds of others in challenges to increase your steps. Take on fun health challenges and challenge yourself to make a little progress every day and see how each step moves you forward in your health and personal development.
• Join the community – Take part in the feed from everyone else who participates. Joining is about getting and giving support to each other. Share tips, inspiration, support and encourage each other towards the goal.
• Sync with your activity tracker and reach your daily step goal – Joina is compatible with Apple Health, Google Fitness, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Suunto and Polar.
Joina's bootcamps are a one-time cost and require no membership.
