FITENIUM app is the application and online community for strength training and injury prevention.
At FITENIUM app, you will be able to find your personalised training program or be able to plan and track your own workout program.

Choose how you want to train - We know that each person likes to train in a different way, that's why at FITENIUM we provide you with an option for each case.
Create your workout - Choose create your workout if you want to plan your weight lifting program by defining your sessions, exercises and reps for each workout.
Find your workout - Choose Find your personalized training gym program if what you are looking for is a custom workout according to your level, available equipment, goals and frequency, etc.
Track your workout - Choose Track your workout if you want to define exercises, reps and weights that you are going to train in your session. If you are training gym with a coach, we recommend it.

Access your health profile - Tap on the heart icon that appears on your personal profile screen to access your private health profile and gym tracker.
Meet your digital twin - At FITENIUM you have a visual digital twin that represents your localised state of fatigue in real time as you train and recover.
Avoid injuries while exercise tracker - Thanks to your digital twin, we are able to analyse your data and send you personalised alerts about where and when you are at risk of injury, based on your workouts and gym tracker.
*Track your progress*
Review your personal bests - In FITENIUM you have a section in your profile with all your personal bests according to the exercises you have tracked during your training in your gym log.
Visualize your evolution - For each strength training exercise you will have an evolution graph in which you will find your progress in the time range of your selection and exercise tracker.
Analyze your exercise tracker history - In FITENIUM you can access the history of repetitions and weights for each exercise. You can use this information to program and adjust your sets while you are training.

Follow your body weight - Measure your weight daily at your health profile. In FITENIUM you will be able to visualize a chart with your progress and easily enter new weights.
*Your heart rate while you train*
Your heart rate working out - Connect FITENIUM to any wearable synced with Apple Health or Google FIT to track your heart rate during your workouts. This will enable you to follow your exercise intensity and plan your workouts better.
Your heart rate evolution - You might check the evolution of your average heart rate across your workout sessions at your progress charts in your health profile.
