Mobile application for comfortable management of the installation business at the measurement stage. Part of the Ferico CRM system.
Allows from a phone or tablet:
• build a room plan and ceiling drawings with all elements of lighting design, niches, cornices;
• calculate the estimate, apply discounts and promotions;
• see the margin for each option;
• select a suitable installation time according to the quota calendar.
All information is stored in the system, and after setting the installation date, it automatically “starts” the chain of actions: the drawing is sent to production and to the warehouse.
The mobile application is only a part of a large Ferico CRM system, which takes into account the entire business process chain: receiving applications - recording for measurement - measurement - contract - production - installation - service.
In Ferico CRM:
• integration with telephony, websites, mail services and instant messengers;
• calculation of salaries of measurers and installers;
• reports on performance evaluation of personnel, marketing channels, conversion figures;
• convenient scheduler for task control and effective planning of working time.
