- Data entry via KEYBOARD, FREE HAND WRITING with stylus and VOICE RECOGNITION

- ONLINE and OFF Line mode: it is possible to use the APP in all its functions even in the absence of INTERNET connectivity.
The data and photos will be recorded in the device and then automatically sent to the agency when connectivity is restored.
- No storage of data on the CLOUD: the data transit on Xp Informatica's FBE CLOUD Servers only for the time necessary to be delivered to the Agency server, after which they are destroyed.
- Sending documents to relatives and relatives directly from the devices: it is possible to share documents, such as Service Mandate Conferment, Privacy Form, Expense Account, Invoice, Death Certificates, Authorization etc. to transmit them to the family members concerned

Management of SERVICE ORDERS (Orders for the supply of material, services, personnel and vehicles) of different types:
- Connected to Funeral Services;
- Generic (Withdrawals from the warehouse and subsequent unloading from the FBE Desktop management system);
- Commissioned by other Agencies (For service centers) and subsequent accounting in FBE Desktop.

Direct communication between the AGENCY DEVICES: the opening of a new Service Order is notified to all devices so that all operators can enter item picking data.
Articles insertion also by reading QRCODE or barcode with registration of date, time, and operator.

Management of PRINT ORDERS
Customer data, quantities and agreed prices
Choice from Catalog of Death Announcements, Participation Posters, Thanksgiving, Souvenirs, etc. - Text composition
Posting addresses and Geolocation of posting or delivery locations
Automatic accounting in FBE Desktop or on associated Funeral Service or on Other Agency Activities

Direct communication of the devices with the agency for sending:
- Notes as a reminder of tasks to be done, verbal orders, Notes etc.
-Documents in PDF or Images format, acquired via Camera or Gallery or received via Email or WhatsApp
Any document or photo from different sources can be imported into the App.
The files are automatically transferred to the FBE Hub in the agency to be subsequently processed and cataloged
- Missing holographic signatures, to be affixed on documents, taken directly on devices equipped with a stylus

GPS geolocation of relevant locations:
Home of the deceased, Places of death,
Meeting points for delivery or billposting of posters, etc.
Automatic communication of the coordinates to all other operators and in the agency
