ERITA-appen · 説明
The ERITA app gives self-harming young people a valve for difficult feelings. The ERITA app is part of an Internet treatment to help young people who cut, hit or otherwise injure themselves. The app trains young people to handle difficult emotions in a new way.
The young person can register their self-harm and self-harm craving and get suggestions for other things they can do such as listening to mindfulness exercises and using skills they have learned in Internet therapy.
All young people who participate in ERITA treatment have contact with their own therapist. The therapist follows the young person's work in the app and thus helps guide and support the young person in finding new ways to deal with difficult emotions.
The ERITA app was developed in collaboration with Swedish and Danish researchers and the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Center in Region H. It is based on the most proven methods for treating self-harm.
The ERITA app can only be used by participants in the "TEENS trial" research project in Region H.
If you injure yourself and have a desire to be part of the research project, you must be in an outpatient course in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Center in Region H, to participate. Your therapist can refer to the research project. Here you will find more information about the research project:
