The application provides users with a view of their electronic prescriptions (ePrescriptions), electronic vouchers (eVouchers) and vaccination records (until 11/2022).
The application offers an overview of issued ePrescriptions, eVouchers, vaccination records and an overview of your children's records, which the prescriber submitted electronically to the Central Repository of Electronic Prescriptions, Central Repository of Electronic Vouchers, Central Repository of Vaccination Records, and at the same time the patient listed on the record was successfully identified with the Population Register.
The user logs in to the application via Citizen Identity.
In the application, it is possible to set access rights for doctors, pharmacists and clinical pharmacists to view your medication record.
What is an ePrescription?
An ePrescription is a prescription for medicinal products issued in electronic form. The ePrescription issued by the doctor is stored in the Central Repository of Electronic Prescriptions (CÚER).
Each eRecipe is assigned a unique identifier. In the pharmacy, the pharmacist reads the ePrescription identifier and, if the ePrescription is found in the CÚER, dispenses the prescribed medicinal product to the patient. Information on the dispensing of the medicinal product shall be entered in the CÚER.
What is an eVoucher?
eVoucher is a voucher for medical devices issued in electronic form. The eVoucher issued by the prescriber is stored in the Central Repository of Electronic Vouchers (CÚEP).
Each eVoucher is assigned a unique identifier. In a pharmacy, medical supply store or optician, a worker reads the eVoucher identifier and, if the eVoucher is found in CÚEP, issues the prescribed medical device to the patient. Information on the dispensing of a medical device is entered in the CÚEP.
The eVoucher has been in operation since May 1, 2022 as part of the eRecipe system and is optional for healthcare workers and dispensaries. It is possible to prescribe all types of medical devices (glasses, contact lenses, crutches, wheelchairs, incontinence aids, etc.) on the eVoucher.
