The Consigne Pickup application is currently in the test phase. Some features may not work and some instructions may not be compatible with the application.

With the Consigne Pickup application, follow the progress of your various deliveries in Pickup consignments at all times.

Need more information ? Go to the detailed sheet of your package. Sender, deposit location, carrier, package history… it’s all there!
Your package is not showing? Do not panic. You can also manually add the packages you want to track, simply by entering their tracking number in the application.

Stay informed in real time
The application sends you a notification as soon as your parcel is available for Pickup*. What reassure you that your package has arrived. This is also the starting signal to go and remove it!

Find the fastest route to pick up your parcels
Thanks to the interactive map available in the application, locate the nearest Pickup* locker in the blink of an eye. Then get the fastest route to get there, using your favorite navigation app.

Collect your parcels safely with the Pickup Pass
No more need for confidential codes, nor to go rummaging through your emails... Just flash the unique QR code available in the application to collect your parcel independently and securely, in just a few seconds!

Keep track of your parcels delivered to the Pickup locker
Find the history of all your parcels delivered to Pickup lockers from the application archives.

*All the instructions are not available on the application, some packages are therefore likely not to appear in the tracking list.
