Players roll dice to move around the board. There are many different types of cells on the board as housing plots, stem, gas transportation, opportunity, in prisons, airports, ... Players will buy land and build houses on the plots they own. Along the way players can lose money for another player to come into the opponent's box, or at risk as gas transport box. The player wins when the opponent was bankrupt and become a billionaire.
