CleanApp

CleanApp is a cleaning control system with online monitoring for all staff. This powerful tool performs the control and complete audit of the actions of the cleaning staff: position report validated via GPS, sending presence alerts, reporting incidents displayed during the tour, sending captured images from the same Smartphone, all this and much Most received online at its monitoring center 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The application has four main buttons: PANIC - FILE - PRESENCE - NEWS - ASSIGNMENT
PANIC: Allows Cleaning Personnel to send a panic alert, with position data and the ability to attach an image.
PRESENCE: It consists of a button that will be activated from time to time to be pressed and cancel the alarm sending. If not pressed in the scheduled time, an alert is generated in the monitoring center.
FILE: Allows cleaning staff to send an ARRIVAL or DEPARTURE notice each time they arrive or leave their position, as well as when they pass through each control point defined for the cleaning station. The notice will be accompanied with date, time and position on the map.
NEWS: Allows you to send news to the monitoring center, being able to attach information using an image, a QR code, text or voice notes and make calls.

CleanApp is a multi-link application that ensures the sending of alerts, the most widely used being via TCP-IP, either by WI-FI or by cellular data network (GPRS-LTE), as well as sending by SMS when the data network is not available.

ATTENTION:
• Use the PANIC option only if you are in a real emergency situation. (It has a test button to test its operation).
• Depending on your location, satellite information may take time to obtain or not. In any case, the alarm sent will reach its destination.
• CleanApp operates only connected to a server of an electronic security services company by monitoring.
• Currently available in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Other languages ​​will be available soon.
