Manage your holidays, those of your employees, consult your schedule wherever you are, and stay informed of any changes.
It is the mobile portal for employees and local managers, linked to your Chronotime time management solution, accessible at any time and in any situation from your smartphone.
Wherever you are, in clientele, on mission or even at home, all your information follows you and is available at any time.
For the Employee, this is the possibility of:
- View your agenda (schedule, absences, activities)
- Badging their presence, badging specific reasons (Missions, CE, etc.), and optional geolocated badging,
- Consult the values of meters, their rights balances (CP, RTT, CET, etc.) on all types of leave configured in our solutions,
- Submit and follow up requests for absences, regularizations, generic events,
- Attach documents as attachments to requests (e.g. proof of absence) and view them,
- Ask score requests, and request corrections of scores,
- Receive notifications and display the details of these messages (information, schedule change notifications),
- See its anomalies and ask requests to regularize the anomaly situations.
And for the Manager, it is also the possibility of:
- Follow requests for absences, regularizations, generic events and scores of his team,
- Consult the history of requests,
- Validate or refuse requests,
