MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT EASIER
• Improved activation experience to be able to confirm new Cards and set up your Account
• Log in to your Account with your fingerprint or face depending on your device
• Check, change or unlock your Account PIN
• Choose your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for each of your Cards
• Turn your card off and on in case you can't find it
KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR FINANCES
• Check your American Express Account balance and pending transactions
• Check the status of your payment, pay your bills or configure/edit a Direct Debit
• Choose your default Card in case you have several Cards in the same Account to be your main Card when you log in to the App or website
• Access your most recent Account Statements in an easier and more intuitive way
• Sign up for Paperless and receive your Account Statements directly to your email

• View your Rewards activity, including balance, bonuses, points transferred and points redeemed.
• Review the Loyalty Program points history on your American Express Card.
• Refer a friend and earn rewards when your friends and family get an American Express Card.
• Search for an available Lounge The American Express Global Lounge Collection SM. Available only for Cardholders of The Centurion Card and The Platinum Card.
• Activate the unique promotions of your Card just by touching the "+" button next to each promotion
ELIGIBLE CARDS
Amex App is only for Personal Cards, SBS Cards and Corporate Cards issued by American Express Mexico.
To use the application, enter your Online Services username and password. If you have not registered yet, visit americanexpress.com.mx/regístrate from your computer or from the Amex App (formerly Amex to Go). The application is designed for basic and supplementary Cardholders of all American Express Credit and Service Cards.
Access to and use of this application is subject to the applicable License Agreement to which you must accept.
