Acall Mobile is Acall's smartphone app.

◆Reservation and use of seats
You can reserve free address seats.
Check in by scanning the QR code installed in the space.

◆Reservation and use of meeting rooms
You can reserve conference rooms, check the current usage status, and narrow down available conference rooms by specifying the date and time.
When you have decided on a meeting room, you can reserve it from ACALL Mobile.
If your calendar is linked, your schedule will be synchronized to your calendar.

◆Secure check-in with one-time QR code
The QR code prepared for each worker can be used to start a meeting, authenticate when entering the room, and unlock the room.
QR codes are a one-time system with an expiry date, so security is assured.

◆Various notifications
You can receive notifications from the Acall service.
If you have a visitor, you will receive a notification from Acall Reception, so you can respond even when you are away from your PC.
You'll receive a notification before the meeting you're scheduled to attend, so you don't have to worry about being late for an important meeting.
