J's NAVI NEO

A smartphone app version has appeared on JTB's business travel and expense management solution "J's NAVI NEO".
In addition to the approval function that does not stagnate the business trip destination, it also has a function such as a receipt shooting function that helps the travel expenses of the business person with many business trips.
Since the receipt image taken can be easily confirmed on the approval screen, there will be no stagnation due to the confirmation of the voucher.

□ Main features and functions of the product
1) Approval function
All documents submitted by J's NAVI NEO can be checked and approved on the app.
Direct access to the same data as the web application does not cause delay of data.
It also has a batch approval function that processes multiple documents together.

2) Receipt image shooting function
The high-definition receipt image shooting function supports A4 size receipts without any problems.
By registering a memo at the same time as shooting, you can individually manage when and where you received the receipt.
The captured image can be linked to the settlement slip with a simple operation from the web application.
* An optional contract is required to comply with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act.
