Are We There Yet · Descrizione
Ever wanted to sleep on the train but were always anxious that you'd miss your stop? Tired of children asking "are we there yet" on road trips?
Are We There Yet is a free app which gives you notifications when you are within range of your destination.
You can now sleep in peace knowing you'll get an alert when you have arrived!
Troubleshooting:
Due to how Google enforces location to be updated only every few minutes in the background, you may find alerts not reliably being sent.
To help with this, firstly ensure that location permissions are set for "all the time" so that you get alerts in the background. Then, have your phone connected to mobile data or wifi for more accurate location updates.
Set a large radius size for your alert. This will make it more likely you get a location update in the background whilst you are within range. This is especially necessary if you are travelling at fast speeds (such as in a car).
Having the app opened in the foreground will also give you constant location updates, so alerts will be more reliable.
