This application has been developed to bring institutional administrative management services closer to the employees of the University of Guanajuato through its digitalization, facilitating access to essential information and procedures.
Available Services
Digital Credential
It generates an electronic credential that allows administrative and academic staff to identify themselves as university workers and access institutional spaces.
Payment Stubs
Provides access to payroll receipts or pay stubs in XML and PDF formats, allowing them to be downloaded quickly and securely.
Medical Network Service (Available for base personnel with this benefit)
It facilitates the management of medical appointments, the validation of the service for the owner and their beneficiaries, as well as the consultation of appointment history.
Medical Expense Report (RMU)
Allows employees with medical services to consult their medical expense report digitally.
Calendar
Available to all base and contract staff. Allows access to Office 365 calendars linked to the @ugto.mx account.
This application is constantly evolving, with the possibility of integrating new services to optimize the experience of the university community.
