You-AR-Ok is an augmented reality (AR) buddy to promote resilience and wellbeing. Using any smartphone, you can port your personal interactive avatar into your home. The AR avatar, YARO, will talk to you and prompt responses/self-reflection and create a natural language processing-generated journal for therapeutic benefits. You-AR-Ok acts as a 'self-help' buddy to guide you to a better state of mental health in an engaging way.
