Running a home made easy.

The HomeHero app has been created specifically for our UK customers to help them run their homes with ease. Before downloading the app, make sure you have received your access link over email to help you easily log into the app.

The HomeHero app offers a range of useful features:

ALL YOUR SERVICES IN ONE PLACE
The home screen always gives you a clear overview of all your active home services and your monthly payments. From here you can also jump straight into a chat with HomeHero or raise a maintenance issue.

REPORT A MAINTENANCE ISSUE
We hope you’ll never need it but in most homes, something will need some attention at some point. So when you have a leaky tap or you can’t get the heating to work, the HomeHero app lets you easily report an issue. HomeHero will then make sure the issue gets fixed as soon as possible.

ASK A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR HOME
Moving into a new neighbourhood comes with new ways of doing things. So when you want to find out on what day of the week the bins are taken out or where your nearest GP practice is, you can ask HomeHero on the app.

EXPLORE YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
HomeHero has curated the best places in your neighbourhood. You can explore them on the map and find out more about them on the detailed views. Before long, you will know the best places to grab something to eat or meet up with friends and family.

RADAR
Our Radar area is an easy shortcut to all the latest updates about your services and messages relevant to your home. Wherever you are on the app, you can always access Radar view by simply clicking on the radar icon in the top left of your screen.

YOUR SERVICES
Click into your individual services to see your billing history, tariff details, upcoming payments and options to start a chat with HomeHero about your payment details. Easy.

MY PROFILE
In your profile section, you can manage your personal details such as your name, payment details and security settings.
