Heltia · Description
It's normal to need support at different stages of life, and that support can mean different things to everyone. Sometimes you may want to meditate on your own, sometimes you may want to listen or read something on the road, sometimes you may want to adopt a new eating or exercise habit, and sometimes you may want to meet with a specialist who can help you take better care of yourself. Or you may not know what will be good for you and look for someone to guide you through all these options.
We design the Heltia (formerly known as Salus) experience to include all these options and to understand your needs and design a health journey specifically for you. We create a journey that suits your needs with a team of consultants trained in the fields of mental health, nutrition and physical health. We keep this journey updated by following the change throughout the process.
Our aim; To help our users live life in a much better way, with journeys that include all the steps that will support their well-being and health. To raise awareness in this area by emphasizing the importance and preventive aspects of support in the fields of mental health, nutrition and physical health, not only in challenging periods but also at all stages of life.
Coping with challenging life experiences at any time, gaining insight, eating better, managing the stress that can hold you back in business life, reducing the effects of stress on the body, getting the support you need during parenting… In short, whatever your needs are to live a better quality of life. We are always here to support your well-being by taking appropriate steps.
