We determine Halal status based on whether products contain the following ingredients:

** NG Items (haram) **
- Pork, pork meat, pork fat, pork extract
- Chicken, chicken meat, chicken extract
- Beef, beef fat, beef extract
- Gelatin, lard, and other meat products
- Shortening
- Mirin, cooking sake, alcohol, liqueur
- Shark

** Warning Items **
Emulsifiers (if origin unknown), margarine (if origin unknown), soy sauce, miso, brewed vinegar, vinegar-based products, fermented seasonings, amino acids, bouillon, processed foods, taurine (if origin unknown)

About Camera Analysis
The camera function's analysis uses judgment data from our proprietary ingredient database.
We retrieve product information from JAN codes and compare registered ingredients with our latest database.
Since ingredients may have changed since registration, we recommend taking photos of ingredients listed on product packages for more accurate analysis.
For ingredients not registered in our database, AI analysis is performed.
Unregistered ingredient data is regularly verified by humans and added to the database.
While AI is used for text analysis of photographed ingredient lists, final determinations use both human verification and AI, so judgments are not completely infallible.
