It all started in 2019 with FUTURA bistro in the courtyard of Lenpoligrafmash. In two years of work, we managed to turn the St. Petersburg market upside down. Our baba has become a meme, they book her over the phone, and they line up for our tartin with sourdough, which we cook for 24 hours. We love experimentation, so we often come up with something like that!
