The trade union is Norway's largest employee organization with about 395,000 members throughout Norway. As LO's largest union, the trade union fights for its members' rights in working life. The union organizes employees in municipal, county state private and public enterprises; in hospitals with all support functions; and apprentices schoolchildren and students. The main task is to ensure the members good and secure pay and working conditions and a decent working life. We consider solidarity and unity on the agenda.
