Introducing the e-Chiyo Platform

An Initiative for the Future of Comorian Education

Aware of the challenges associated with equitable access to textbooks across the country, the Ministry of National Education, in collaboration with the National Agency for Digital Development (ANADEN) and with the support of UNICEF Comoros, launched the e-Chiyo platform, an innovative digital solution dedicated to the distribution of Comorian textbooks.

The ambition of e-Chiyo is to provide all stakeholders in the education system—students, teachers, parents, and educational leaders—with a centralized, free, and regularly updated resource, accessible online at any time.

This project is part of a strong commitment to modernizing education, strengthening territorial equity, and ensuring quality learning for all children in the Comoros, regardless of their location.

e-Chiyo embodies the conviction that digital technology is an essential lever for transformation for more inclusive, more accessible and future-oriented education.
