The Body Constructor app will show you the metrics to make your workouts more effective and aim for better results based on that data. Allows you to customize and play a personalized workout:
- Choose a strength workout, cardio workout, yoga or stretching.
- Set any time from 5 to 60 minutes.
- Follow your trainer's instructions so you know exactly what to do! Workouts that fit into your schedule and meet your goals instead of workouts that require a schedule change. Workout anywhere, anytime because you won't need any special equipment. Forget the gym. Forget about excuses.
If you already have a trainer, don't fire him or her! Just ask him or her to create custom workouts for you to do between workout sessions.
If you need something out of the ordinary, or have special needs (for example, you have a sore knee, or you avoid jumping exercises), create your own custom workouts. Workouts for everyone: strength development, cardio, yoga, stretching and Pilates. It uses a scientifically proven technique of combining workout intervals with randomly selected exercises to maximize the effectiveness of each workout. Best of all, there's no cost or additional equipment required for such a round, randomized workout.
