eMind · Description
"If you don't change what you are doing today, all of your tomorrows will look like yesterday." ~Jim Rohn
But how do you know what needs to change?
eMind is developed for those who want to get more out of their life.
Developed by the creator of Sipi, a tool being used in psychiatric hospitals inspired by eMind.
The tool will help you to find small changes that can make or break your bad habits.
Main features:
✏️ Personalised questions: The app needs some information about you. Tell the app if you achieved your daily goals, this question is important for the pattern recognition. Create questions that are targeted towards your challenges. Don't worry, we will help you to set up these questions. We provide evidence based example questions like the 5G questions and KOP model.
🔍 Pattern recognition: If the app collected enough data about you then we can start looking for patterns. Now we know when you achieved your goals, in what situation, and under which circumstances. It is fascinating how habit oriented we are! The smallest changes can make or break your day. The first step of breaking bad habits is to be conscious about it!
🤝 Collaboration: This step is optional, but the most valuable insights are often from people who have an external view on our challenges. We are focused on working towards our goals day and night, so much so that maybe we are missing something obvious?
🔓 Privacy & security: eMind is developed with robust security measures. We work together with cybersecurity company Toreon (white hackers) to ensure the safety of your data.
💻 Multi-platform access: Do you prefer using a computer rather than a smartphone? Check out the web version.
How does eMind work?
1. Create an account.
2. Optional: add a counselor.
3. Set up questions
4. Answer the questions (max once a day)
5. Use the filters to view specific datapoints in order to recognise patterns
