You can only use the eJourney app by invitation. Perhaps you will be contacted by one - or more - public transport companies you already know, asking you to take part in a survey campaign. Then join in!
The invitation will also provide you with details of the reason for the survey, the duration, your contact persons, data protection and also whether you will receive an incentive if you participate.
How do you get Access to the eJourney app?
You will therefore receive access to the eJourney app from one of our partners, who will select you for a survey on a case-by-case basis. You may therefore be contacted by a transport association or a public transport company and asked to take part in a campaign or survey.
The invitation will then tell you everything you need to know to obtain and install the app. You will also receive an invitation code with which you can log in to the app. The app is easy to use and available for Apple and Google Android.
