According to the design and agreement of the Annual Work Plans in SST that POSITIVA COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS S.A. performs with its affiliated companies and in harmony with the strategic objectives outlined in the Efficiency and Innovation perspectives. The application for Gestpos mobile devices has been designed, seeking to facilitate the recording of the execution of activities, implementing automatic controls, dematerializing the paper using ICT and controlling the deviations that may occur in the physical completion of the media.


  Some features

• Automation of the execution process of the agreed activities in the annual work plans with the companies.
• Use of mechanical signatures of the parties (Performer - Company) in the format MIS_5_3_2_FR22 CONSULTANCY IN COMPANIES REGULAR PLANS , with probative force.
• Validation of the execution of activities by companies through the use of a verification code.
• Paper dematerialization in the execution format of activities MIS_5_3_2_FR22 .
• Send by email to the client company the copy of the support provided by POSITIVA, through the different performers.
• Send the technical reports by email to the client company once they are validated by POSITIVA.
• Facilitate the completion of the format of execution of activities in companies, mitigating the incurrence of writing errors.
• Implementation of automatic controls in the completion of the format in:
  - Control days and hours of simultaneous execution of activities with the same performer.
  - Control of execution of activities previous planning
  - Validation of activities of the work plan with its execution.
  - Validation of hours per day that can be executed in the same company.
  - Registration of the coordinates of the Global Positioning System "GPS" in the execution of activities.
 

Technical requirements

• Mobile devices with Android operating system version 6.0 or higher
• Be an active Gestpos user
• Have agreed activities in the annual work plans in OSH with the companies
