1. The requirements files uploaded must be in JPG format. File upload requirements are a maximum of 5MB per file.
2. Make sure to enter an active and appropriate Whatsapp number & email address, because notification of the progress of applying for online services will be sent to the Whatsapp number, and notification of documents that have been TTE from the Dukcapil Ministry of Home Affairs will be sent to the email address.
