DRMS Mobile

Distribution Remote Monitoring System (DRMS) Mobile Application allows the user to monitor the distribution substation equipped with DRMS Monitoring system. The application allows the user to receive alert such as unauthorized opening of distribution pillar door, the Loss of Supply from the distribution pillar or transformer and the earth fault alert from the Earth Fault Indicator (EFI). The application also allows user to;
- Arm and disarm a telemetry point or a substation
- View the current and past event trigger
- Find the location of substation via Map
- View the Preventive Maintenance Record of DRMS equipment for each substation
- View Single Line Diagram (SLD) via Schematic diagram
- Set the distribution substation views to their respective region
- Receive push notification on the alert and real time status change
- Monitor offline status of DRMS monitoring system
- Log a ticket to report and keep track of issue with DRMS monitoring system
The user needs to have a DRMS account to login to the mobile application. Different type of account will have different level of access to the features available on mobile application.
