Notification when you are expecting a delivery and then track your delivery every step of the way.
My Profile:
Personalize your profile by uploading a photo.
Expecting a parcel to be delivered to your work or an alternative address? Select Work or Other in My Profile. Make sure you let us know how you would like your parcel to be delivered by setting your preferences for each address.
Help our drivers to locate you. Upload a photo of the property and let us know any delivery instructions. We’ve added what3words so you can give us the unique combination of three words for your address to help the driver find exactly where you are.
Use our expanded Delivery Preferences so you can let us know if you’d like the driver not to disturb you during delivery. Just let us know whether you’d like the parcel delivered to a neighbour or left in your safe place.
Let us know if there is a preferred neighbour you’d like the driver to deliver to, or if there is a neighbour who the driver should not disturb.
Upload a photo of your safe place so the driver knows where to leave your parcel.
Set your delivery preferences in My Profile and we’ll automatically apply these.

Want to know more about how your parcel will be delivered? Select Change Delivery Instructions and we’ll tell you what will happen with your parcel if you’re not at home and what alternative options are available.
Active and Past Deliveries
Using the DHL eCommerce UK app you can see deliveries which are due and track when these will be with you. When we have delivered your parcel, you can view this in Past deliveries.
Icons will easily help you to see which parcels are being delivered to which address.
