Set intervals of work, rest, number of rounds by short pressing. Press the Start button and start your workout. Resetting to zero values is performed by long holding the selected button.
Go to the stopwatch. Start by clicking on the stopwatch.
Stop is the same. Reset is a long hold.
Go to the counter. Just click the big yellow button to increase the score by one. Reset is a long hold.
