Overview: A proactive mental health platform leveraging community support and education.
Siira, "life journey in Arabic", is a mental health platform that accompanies each one of us, young or professionals, in our daily struggles related to parenting, relationships, work and individual life challenges. We leverage the power of community support and educational content to build healthier relationships. We aim to help our community to prevent, mitigate and emerge from personal crises.
Our relatable content includes interviews, short animations, case studies and podcasts.
Our community support includes workshops and roundtables based on themes facilitated by mental health experts (certified, specialized and localized therapists/psychologists/coaches) who gather attendees in a safe space and discuss a shared struggle. Attendees can join the group discussions anonymously or through voice/video and learn from peers as well as the experts on how to overcome their issues.
