The art interactive installation “Cubart” is created as the part of national art competition/project “Europe is here 2021”. The best art designs made by art students will be shown on Europe day (9th of May, 2021) in the three largest cities in the Republic of Serbia. The main goal of the “Cubart” project is to show all the good values that a person or community has in these tough times. All the values are shown on three objects in the form of passages/gates connected by a path, which integrates separate objects into one. Each gate is designed to display pictograms on the outside, symbolizing some of the many EU messages in the form of pictograms - equality, economic growth, linguistic diversity, security, social progress, peace, dignity, ecology, tradition, freedom, tolerance, inclusion, scientific and technological progress, justice, stability, solidarity, etc. Inside objects, spectators can see some designs made by students at the Faculty of Art in Nis and many young artists based in Europe. The installation is completed by the Augmented Reality application, through which observers will be able to interact with objects by scanning predefined markers (pictograms and parts of digital graphics on the inside of the object).
