The platform connects two types of users:
1. Medical students (MBBS, BAMS, BDS, BHMS, and others) who possess the knowledge, experience, or sufficient information to solve queries related to the medical field.
2. Users (NEET aspirants or anyone seeking information about the medical field), excluding syllabus-based academic questions like chapter-wise physics problems.

How CONNECTORA Works
The app offers 4 major features:

Community (Free Q&A Section)
At the top of the homepage, there's a search bar where users can type their queries.
Once a user enters a query, they are prompted to choose how they would like to receive the solution: via Chat, Audio Call, or Video Call. After selecting the preferred mode, the query can be submitted.
The submitted query is then sent as a request, which remains valid for only 10 minutes. All registered mentors receive a popup notification based on the selected mode (chat, audio, or video) — similar to how ride requests are sent to drivers in Uber.
A mentor who has knowledge or experience relevant to the query can accept the request, but before accepting, they must choose a time of availability: either “Immediate” or “Later”.
This model ensures 100% guaranteed solutions by connecting the user with an exact match mentor in minimal time.
All mentors who accept the query within the 10-minute window will be shown to the user in the notification tab with their time availability.
The user can then choose any mentor and connect via the selected mode (e.g., Chat). During the conversation, options will be available to switch to audio or video at the bottom of the screen for enhanced clarity.

Chat, Audio & Video Sections
On the right side of the homepage, a dedicated chat section is available.
When the user clicks it, they’ll again see a search bar to submit a query directly.
A list of registered mentors (available for chat) will also be displayed.
Mentors who are currently active/live will have a blue tick badge.
This layout is also applicable for the audio and video features. The difference here is that users can directly browse and connect with mentors from the available list.

Community (Free Q&A Section)
This feature is designed to increase engagement between users and mentors.
Users can post their queries publicly, and registered mentors can respond — similar to Quora. Mentors who are more active and provide more answers will have their ratings boosted, making them more attractive to users.
Additionally, when a user is reading an answer, they will see options to connect with that mentor via chat, audio, or video call for further assistance.

Revenue Model of CONNECTORA
1. Per-minute charge: CONNECTORA takes 50% of the per-minute fee from user-mentor calls.
2. Community Ads: Ads displayed in the community section will generate passive revenue through sponsorships.

Wallet System
Users must maintain a minimum balance in their wallet to use CONNECTORA's services.
Payment is deducted every 5 minutes, so users feel they are spending less at a time and continue usage seamlessly.
Mentors can only withdraw earnings once they accumulate at least Rs. 200 in their wallet, encouraging them to remain active.
