The mobile application of the Tunisian-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CTICI), developed by Fidness, is an exclusive platform intended for members of the chamber. It is accessible by invitation only (gold members and their silver collaborators).
The application aims to strengthen communication with CTICI and offer a personalized assistance service for business travel.
🔐 Access reserved for members:
After receiving the invitation, users can create a secure account (last name, first name, telephone number, password, etc.). The account is valid until December 31 of the current year and renewable each year.
✈️ Main functionality:
AVS Service – Travel Assistance and Airport Services
This service allows members to make a personalized request for assistance during their air travel:
Airport transfer (door-to-airport or vice versa)
Departure assistance with or without registration
Greeting on arrival at the airport
Requests are forwarded to the CTICI team for processing.
⚠️ No payments are made in the app. Payment is made directly to the service providers concerned.
ℹ️ Important notes:
The application does not currently offer any other services apart from the AVS Service.
Future features like hotel reservation, car rental or in-room services are not yet available.
The application does not contain an integrated payment system.
