With the new Celular Seguro, you have control over how to act in situations of robbery, theft or loss. The application is your tool to quickly and efficiently communicate these incidents to partners, enabling the blocking of the telephone line and integrated services, such as bank accounts, as long as this is selected by the user when issuing the alert.
The app brings a new visual identity and offers the user two different ways to issue blocking alerts: "recovery mode", which allows you to block the phone line and partners separately, and "total blocking", which includes blocking the device ( IMEI), as in previous versions. The "recovery mode" functionality does not render the IMEI useless, which allows the cell phone to be enabled again on the network, facilitating its recovery by police forces.
In the event of an incident, the Celular Seguro features are also available on the internet at the linkcelularseguro.mj.gov.br.
