- Hire professionals, such as directors, actors, presenters, authors and more to work at the station. Take care of their requests, increase or decrease salaries, assign roles within programs, and more.

- Organize the programming grid to make your channel unique. You can customize the schedule from Monday to Friday however you want.

- Create your own programs, such as soap operas, series, reality shows. Create the logo, create the name, define the number of episodes, etc. You have absolute control over productions!

- Buy, manage and upgrade studios to house your productions. Invest in marketing campaigns, earn improvement points by completing tasks to further improve your channel.

- Just like in real life, problems must be solved. Dismissals, lawsuits, absurd requests from the public... But you are in charge and able to resolve everything that appears (or not).

- Profit from your channel through advertisers, but remember to take care of your audience: more viewers will be interested in watching your channel every week. With more audience, more profit!

CartoonTV can be played offline, but it has online functions that will increase the fun, such as the Market, which allows CartoonTV players to sell and buy programs.
