CareXS Professional Care

CareXS Professional Care helps you as a healthcare professional to organize the medication care around your patient. The app provides insight into current medication information and enables you to easily collaborate with other healthcare providers. By means of electronic application registration and other useful functionalities such as 'double check in risk medication' and 'important announcements', the patient is once again at the heart of the medication care process.

Because pharmacies can also link with CareXS, the paper application list becomes redundant. That means less paperwork for you and more time for warm care for patients.

New in this version
CareXS Professional Care now also supports anticoagulant care. INR values ​​can be automatically transmitted via the app and the dosing advice is still available via the app the same day. More functionalities:
• Parts of INR values ​​and announcements
• A wireless link with INR meters
• An overview of previously measured INR values
