Calories:
With the Calorie Tracker app, simply enter your height, weight, activity level, and whether you want to gain or lose weight, and the app will calculate your daily calorie target for you. Your meals are neatly categorized into Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks, with your daily calorie goal intelligently distributed across these categories. You can easily find the calorie content of all the food and drinks you consume throughout the day, adjusting for different units of measurement. Plus, the app allows for manual calorie entry, giving you full control.
Exercise:
Just as the app calculates your calorie intake, it also helps you track your daily exercise and the calories you burn. Based on the information you provide, the app first calculates your ideal weight and Body Mass Index (BMI). The exercise database is incredibly extensive, including everything from routine daily activities like cleaning and washing dishes to various exercises like aerobics and walking. Calories burned from your recorded exercises are displayed on the main screen and are added to your daily calorie target.
Water:
The app calculates your daily recommended water intake based on your personal information. You can easily add the amount of water you consume using the provided units within the app, or manually enter it. The app also features helpful visual effects to make water tracking simple and engaging.
Weight Report:
This section displays your starting weight, target weight, and the amount of weight you need to lose or gain to reach your ideal weight. Every time you use the "Weight Update" button, your new weight is saved, and your old and new data are transferred to a graph, allowing you to easily track your weight fluctuations. All your weight data is stored for 30 days and presented visually through the graph. You can easily edit or delete your weight entries whenever needed.
