With the new App you have access:

- Add and manage multiple properties, linking each one to your profile in the app.

- Pay your bills using PIX, barcode or credit card quickly and securely.

- See a detailed water consumption graph, allowing you to monitor monthly expenses.

5. Register Occurrences
- Report problems with services provided directly in the app, providing location and additional details.
- Attach photos and descriptions to ensure more efficient service.

6. Notifications
- Receive alerts about overdue bills, service interruptions and other important information.
- All notifications are highlighted with icons and dates for easy viewing.

7. Information about Water Lack
- Monitor water shortage forecasts in your city, with detailed information about times and locations affected.
- Use filters to select the city and view only relevant information.

8. Service Locations
- Quickly find the nearest CAGEPA unit, with details about address, opening hours and distance.
- Use the integrated map for navigation to the location.

9. Service History
- Consult the history of service records for each property, monitoring the progress and completion of services.
- Evaluate the service provided and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

- View events related to each Service Order chronologically, making it easier to monitor actions and deadlines.
