The videos are personalized with the Agent's image, logo, and contact details, so customers can easily contact the user to conclude insurance. The agent additionally supports building his image through personalized videos. The Avatar Agent application works according to the idea that an educated and aware customer makes smarter and better purchasing decisions. Therefore, films about insurance educate customers, show what insurance is available on the market and how it really works. Thus addressing the real needs of the consumer.
