A survey form application designed to monitor and track projects and activities carried out in schools. This application is available in the Mobieduca.me project and aims to conduct checklist-style research of activities carried out by public schools.

Evaluation and Monitoring refers to the process of supporting, guiding and monitoring activities carried out in schools. In addition, it also aims to help identify possible learning difficulties and the need for reinforcement or further development in certain areas of education.
