ASST Garda promotes the digitization of services to the citizen through this Emergency Room App, getting ever closer to
need for reception outside the physical confines of the healthcare facility.

In particular, the first module is part of the management of problems relating to the humanization of the Emergency Department, with particular attention to relations with users, carers
and to the punctual and precise communication towards them.

Among the features offered you can:
· View the attendance status of the Emergency Department according to the NEDOCS index.
. Quickly and easily find directions to access the emergency room
Check the status of your call in real time, in its various phases (urgency code, average waiting time).
· Sharing with relatives and checking the situation of one's relative/assisted person placed in the ED path until his/her discharge.
· Receive communications via messaging from the Emergency Department Staff
