Apê Grátis

“Apê Grátis – O Jogo” is a free, gamified campaign that has already attracted over 60,000 participants from all over Brazil. The initiative stars the charismatic Planitos — characters that represent different buyer profiles — and offers prizes such as two apartments in the Space development, located near the São Paulo Botanical Garden, as well as R$50,000 in shopping vouchers and hundreds of instant prizes.

Set in Planitown, a playful city inspired by São Paulo, the game combines entertainment and information, guiding players through the stages of buying a property — from simulation to financing — in a fun and interactive way. Since its launch in March, over 800 instant prizes have been distributed, over 5,000 referrals have been made, and approximately 1,900 apartments have been sold during the campaign. The game mechanics include a personality quiz, exploring areas of the city, accumulating virtual coins (Planocoins), decorating virtual apartments, and minigames. The draw for the first apartment will take place on August 31st and the campaign will continue until February 24th, 2025, with the second draw. Participation is open to Brazilians over 18 years of age with a CPF.
