Albers

Josef Albers (1888 - 1976) produced hundreds of paintings and prints in a series called Homage to the Square (1949 - 1976). Each picture consisted of three or four squares of solid colours nested within each other.

This app produces a picture every 5 seconds based on the rules Albers used to create his pictures.

Any picture can be saved to your Gallery by touching the screen. It can then be used as wallpaper etc.
