[FAQ related to app use]
1. What to do if you cannot register as a member
Cause: Inconsistency between the information registered in the defense personnel information system and the information entered when signing up
Action method:
- Check personal/family information registered in the Defense Personnel Information System
- Group (order) numbers must be entered identically, including Korean and special characters (-, _) (e.g., 22-00000000, adverb 01-12_000000)
- Military members must sign up for Milli-Pass first.
- For registering/changing family information in Kookminche, if you are a soldier, you must contact the personnel department of your unit (battalion level or higher).
- Family information must be entered without spaces based on the resident registration certificate (when changing information such as name change, national identification information must be corrected)
- If you register/change your family information in Kookminche, you can sign up for Milli-Pass 2-3 days later.
2. What to do if a warning window appears when running the Millipass app and it does not run
Cause: Unable to run Millipass app when rooting/jailbreaking or developer options are enabled in relation to security
Action method: After disabling (turning off) developer options, run the app to use it
3. Measures in case of group (order) number change
Change the order when a military officer is promoted from 6th grade to 5th grade
Change of military number when commissioned as a cadet/executive candidate
Service number change when changing from soldier to sergeant
If the rank group (order) number is changed
After deleting and reinstalling the MilliPass app, if you re-register with the changed group (order) number, you can use Milli-Pass, and family members who have already signed up can also use it without re-registration.
