The Tokyu Line app is the official app provided by Tokyu Corporation and Tokyu Bus.

This service provides timetables and operation information to make Tokyu Line more convenient to use.

◇What you can do with the Tokyu Line app◇

[TOQ COIN]
TOQ COIN is a coin exclusive to the Tokyu Line app that can be earned by riding Tokyu Line or purchasing a commuter pass.

Collected coins can be exchanged for four types of tickets in the digital ticket service "Q SKIP", including the Tokyu Line One-Day Pass.

*A TOKYU ID is required to use TOQ COIN. Please register as a TOKYU ID member.

[My Page]
By registering frequently used stations, bus stops, and bus routes on My Page, you can quickly access timetables, train running positions, bus approach information, bus running positions, etc. Multiple settings (up to 20 stations, bus routes, and bus routes in total) and rearrange the display order can be used according to your needs.

[Operation information/Notice/Push notification]
We will send you information such as delays and suspension of service for stations and routes registered on your My Page.
Operation information will also be sent by push notification. You can check the route status and route map in the push notification without opening the app.
*Push notification of bus operation information is not supported.

[Train running position]
You can check the current location and destination of the train on each route, and the arrival time at each station.
*The Kodomo-no-Kuni Line is not supported.

When you tap "Vehicle information", some routes will display the congestion level of each vehicle (real-time congestion level of each vehicle for some vehicles on the Denentoshi Line) and the location of free spaces.

[Bus route]
You can set a bus route just by entering the bus stops where you will board and disembark. When you set a bus route, you can check the estimated arrival time at the bus stop, congestion level, route, list of stops to the destination, operation information, etc. in real time. In addition, the update has increased the speed of updating the bus location information, improving real-time performance.

[Bus running position]
You can check the location of buses currently operating by route in real time. When you select a bus stop name, the waiting time until the bus approaches the bus stop and the estimated travel time after boarding are displayed.

[Delay certificate]
You can obtain a certificate from the app without waiting in line at the station counter.

[Station information]
You can view the following information about Tokyu Line stations.

・Timetable

・Platform map

・Station map

・Barrier-free access (installation status of various facilities, etc.)

・Ticket gate congestion level
