"Hamaraku" is the official Hamazushi app that allows you to pay for and pre-order take-out sushi and side menus.

Membership registration is required to use this service. Customers who use the online reservation site Hama Navi can continue to use their account as is.

You can easily order take-out from the set menu or your favorite combinations.
You can even make payments on the app, so all you have to do is pick up the items you ordered at the store!

[How to order]

When ordering products, you must log in as a Hama Navi member.
New registration as a HamaNavi member can be done from the website "HamaNavi" (https://my.hama-sushi.co.jp/).

＜Step 2 Select the store and date and time to pick up＞
Please select the pick-up store and date and time.
You can choose to pick up your order on the same day, or select a date and time up to one month in advance.
Please check the app for available stores.
The time it takes to receive your order differs depending on the store's congestion.


Choose your favorite sushi and side menu.
The menus available and out-of-stock menus vary by store.


You can choose to pay by credit card or PayPay.
Please register your credit card or PayPay to use for payment.
Various credit cards (VISA, Master, JCB, Diners) can be used.
Please select either credit card or PayPay for payment, and the payment will be completed on the app.
Payment by cash, credit card, or PayPay is not possible at the store.


Please review your order and confirm your order and payment.
You can check your order details in the order history on My Page.


When it is time to pick up your reservation, please present your reservation number (or order number) to the cashier. I would like to give you the product.
