Elite Palace Compound App
Owner Account
This app allows each unit owner within the compound to have a private account to view unit details (such as the unit code), identify units, generate payment invoices for the unit, and remind the owner of outstanding installments.

Customer Profile
Customers can change their profile picture and view unit payments. This section includes an overview of the compound, contact information, and app features, as well as the ability to submit complaints directly from within the app.

Monthly Utility Bills
The app includes the ability to view monthly utility bills, such as security, cleaning, and water, gas, and internet bills.

The unit owner can share a personalized QR code with guests when visiting the compound. Security guards take a picture of the QR code upon arrival to verify the code. This code is valid for one time only.

Complex Notifications
The app sends notifications about the latest news related to the compound, as well as notifications about available sales offers within the compound.
