Notes■Location information/GPS
- When using the navigation system, be sure to secure it in the in-vehicle holder to increase the accuracy of the location information.
- GPS has weak radio waves. To increase reception strength, install it away from the vehicle frame.
- It may take time to perform high-precision location measurement on MVNO line terminals and Wi-Fi model terminals.
■Compatible vehicles
・The freight vehicles targeted by this app are assumed to be regular freight vehicles, semi-medium freight vehicles, medium freight vehicles, and large freight vehicles. However, special vehicles (including but not limited to those exceeding the general limits set by the Road Act and the Vehicle Restriction Ordinance) and towing vehicles (including but not limited to trailers, double-articulated trucks, etc.) are not included.
■Operating environment
・The app cannot be installed on devices without GPS. In addition, the app may not be usable on devices that are equipped with GPS but cannot receive GPS (QZSS) in Japan.
・A large amount of memory (RAM) capacity is used for navigation. For smooth operation, please use a device with sufficient memory capacity. *Several GB of memory space is always used to run the Android OS. Please be aware of the remaining memory capacity.
・The app may not operate properly if the memory capacity is insufficient.
・Approximately 5GB of free storage space is required to download maps for offline navigation. (Data capacity: Approximately 3GB)
