The intractable disease "Randolph Syndrome" that spreads all over the world and the huge underground world "Asylum" in Antarctica, which is said to be the cause. There, the great interests of "unknown biological resources" and "hints for solving intractable diseases" are intertwined, and various speculations such as multiple multinational corporations, private military companies, and indigenous peoples in the underground world are mixed.
The main character Wu woke up at a sanatorium in the underground world. At the sanatorium, people other than myself were murdered, and he was the only survivor ... A mystery adventure by a young man with amnesia begins to unravel all mysteries.
